What we collect and why
- Messages you send us: your name, email and message, to reply (legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f)).
- Account data: your email address, sign-in records and the settings you save (contract, Article 6(1)(b)).
- Files you upload: kept until you delete them or close your account (contract).
- Email updates, only if you opt in: your email address (consent, Article 6(1)(a)); unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and pages viewed, held by Cloudflare to run and protect the site and for cookieless, aggregated analytics (legitimate interests).
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security, DNS, analytics, email forwarding)
- Cloudflare R2 and D1 (stored files and account records)
- Resend (sending our emails)

How long we keep it
