Save Sterling guide

Saving money when shopping online in the UK

A plain way to decide if an online offer is worth using: your list, the final price, and the terms after the discount.

Start with what you needed

Begin with a shopping list and a price you were already willing to pay. An offer is only useful if it fits that list.

If you would not want the item without the offer, keeping the money is often the better result.

Look at the final price

Compare the price you will actually pay, including delivery. A large percentage off does not mean it is the lowest price.

Save Sterling does not claim to show every retailer, or the cheapest price on the market.

Read what happens afterwards

Check returns, contract length, and any renewal price. A subscription that is cheap for a month can cost more once the offer ends.

There is no guaranteed saving. Offers change, shops can reject a code, and cashback can stay unpaid.
